The First Degree is taught during two days, mostly weekends.
Participants learn what is Reiki, the Reiki Principles, meditation, the positions of the hands during a therapy session on themselves and on the others, a few Japanese healing techniques, and everybody become in four individual sessions attuned to the Reiki energy, so that helps our system becomes open and adjust in an appropriate way, so that Reiki can be passed to themselves and to others with complete security.
At the end of the seminar, the participants receive a training manual and a certificate of Usui Reiki System 1st Degree.
